Beavis and Butt-head is an American animated television series that originally aired on the cable television channel MTV from 1993 to 1997, and can now be seen in re-runs on MTV2 and VH1 . It is rated TV-14 in the United States.
Each show contains short cartoons centering on a pair of post-pubescent teenagers by the names of Beavis and Butt-head who live in the town of Highland, Texas. These cartoons are broken up by short breaks in which Beavis and Butt-head watch music videos and comment on them, often in a humorous fashion.
