Led Zeppelin were an English rock band that formed in September 1968. Led Zeppelin consisted of Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Bonham, and John Paul Jones. i attended one of their last concertes. 1980 in zurich. i got the ticket from a lady with whom i worked with. she stole the ticket from her son – because she won’t let him go to rock-concerts. (sometimes a great thing being an old man.)

I just had the Led Zeppelin box "The Complete Studio Recordings" today, which i'm listening right now, and i want to share a feeling here! One that i feel everytime that i listen to these guys, which is f*ing pissed off cause i'm never going to see them live... it really pisses me off!
On righ now: Dazed and Consufed
Same thing here when I hear Nirvana, though a part of it still lives, along with Grohl. It feels a bit confusing, especially when I'm watching a music video, looking at Cobain and then at Dave in the back, with his long hair. Makes me want to have been born a few years earlier. ;)

E visto que és Portuguesa, porque não falar em Português! Como ia dizendo, é bastante fdd (desculpa lá a linguagem :P) gostarmos de algo que já não podemos ver, e Nirvana realmente também é uma daquelas bandas que dispensa apresentações, e das minhas favoritas, no entanto à algo por detrás dos Led Zeppelin que mexe comigo. :)
é o rock mais puro que há! a Black Dog é brilhante. Se bem que no outro dia estive a ver na Fox o filme do Oliver Stone sobre os Doors e pode-se dizer que o Sr. Jim Morrison é verdadeiramente um poeta, aparte as loucuras dele. Coisas de génios. =P

Anyway, back to English xP the "The Doors" movie's very nice, and yes Jim was a genie and kind of crazy, but just like Led Zeppelin, their music was amazing. These two are the bands that i mostly listen to :) i was just listening to Led Zeppelin I and II!

I love their song "D'yer Mak'er".
D'yer Mak'er is a great song. 311 did a cover of that song that's ALMOST as good as the original. At least I think it is. But then again 311 is my favorite band ;)
I like all their stuff, but any thing off Physical Graffiti is best.
I heard that there are talks going on that may involve a re-union of the band in London or something. Did anybody else hear this?

I mean yeah the beatles are graet but these guys pretty much shaped rock and roll for years to come, you can find any genre of music within their songs. Rock, metal, classical, blues, folk, even funk(Trampled Underfoot). By far the greatest band to walk the planet and I'm so glad they are back together! LONG LIVE THE FUCKING ZEP MAN!!!!!
