Amanda Marie Musgrave, aka Mandy Musgrave or Mandy Moo, started acting when she was 6 years old. But she wasn’t serious about acting until she hit high school, where she performed in memorable roles of Anything Goes and The Miracle Worker. Mandy Musgrave’s grandmother is famed actress Rita Ray, and following in Nana’s footsteps, Mandy moved from Orlando to Hollywood upon completing school in 2004. Mandy started garnering the attention from casting directors and talent agencies soon after her arrival in Tinsel Town. Within a year, Mandy was appearing in notable television shows such as, CSI starring Marg Helgenberger, and Malcolm in the Middle.
However, Mandy’s big break came when she landed the role of Chelsea Benson on the daytime soap, Days of Our Lives. Mandy appeared on the show from 2004 to 2005. Mandy also appeared on Leah Remini's The King of Queens in 2005. Later that year, she debuted on South of Nowhere and became an icon among teenagers across America. Her role as Ashley Davies, a narcissistic, bisexual and troublesome teenager, has catapulted her to another level of fame among teenagers and young adults. The show is running strong, and with Mandy playing a lead role, the show and the young actress are certainly destined for greatness. Mandy’s talent does not stop at acting. She loves to play volleyball, water polo and kickball. Mandy also bowls and runs track, on top of writing poetry and painting collages. In addition to working for The N network as an actress, Mandy has also released a music track for the company; as is the norm in Hollywood today, she hopes to parlay one career into another. And of course, with her scintillatingly hot figure and her flawless face she has done a good deal of modeling. Mandy also costarred with Gabrielle Christian (2007).
