American Gods, Good Omens, Neverwhere, Sandman, Smoke and Mirrors, Coraline.. AND STAR DUST !!! amazing book!
Had to add my input: Neil Gaiman kicks ass. Plain and simple. His stories are beautiful and complex and hilarious and mesmerizing, and I have yet to read anything of his that doesn't suck me in immediately. He can do anything he wants to me, as long as he keeps writing.

I also like The Endless,especially Delerium.
I like Sandman Chronicles. The graphic novel. It's brilliant.
I love his works, the American Gods, The Sandman (favourite), and the "Snow, White, Apples" story.
