Minnesota has a smoking ban now too? (Sigh) Wisconsin is so backward.

i always make a point to cough a lot in front of people who r smoking.

That's silly. All of my coughs are genuine, and usually I don't cough. Your method probably just makes you seem weak and pathetic, if not an unpleasant person to be around.

Nah, as a person whose entire family smokes, as well as friends, I can tell you that they're polite enough to put it out if someone starts coughing. Your idea that it makes her seem weak and pathetic is how it seems to just you.

No no no… I don't think she's weak and pathetic.  She just told me she does it on purpose. I think she's deceptive. I'm just saying that in my experience, being dishonest has a tendency to backfire. If they understand she's exagerating her reaction to the smoke, then they'll just grow to distrust her, and think she wants to be manipulative.

Aah, okay.

I would just blow more smoke at her, and give her the 'stink eye'.

Regular cigarettes like Marlboros and Camels really are gross. Nat Shermans and Sweet Dreams are pretty delicious, though.

I'm real glad my friends at high school kept me from starting smoking because with my breathing difficulties it sure wouldn't of helped any.

i have been so crazy lately. i promised myself that i would never ever smoke! not in this world and never in this lifetime! but i broke that promise! why oh why?? i started smoking just today! can someone please slap me across the face?
