Does anybody wonder what message this particular cartoon was trying to convey? ‘Cause I have a sneaking suspicion that they were trying to train kids not to take paranormal phenomenon or otherwise spiritual beliefs seriously.
I think it was giving the message that cheating people is a bad thing and at last it turns upon the cheater itself. And the paranormal phenomena was just to add some fun and excitement. Tho, it was also quite good to give the impression to the kids that there are no such things as ghosts.
The message?
If it wasn’t for pesky meddling kids, adults and general scumbags can get away with anything they put their mind to.
So you heard them, go take down Bush! GO!
Tho yes, that’s also a part of my point, everything does not need to carry a message in it. Just watch.

So sad, I saw on the news the other day that the creator of Scooby Doo died.
