i agree about his innocence, dumbledore trusted him and that’s good enough for me.

My theory is that he will die protecting 1, or 2, or all of the trio.

I still can't make up my mind about Snape, but I don't think he's evil, and I'll be disappointed if it turns out he is.  I think he'll either turn out to be on the good side, or neutral and out for himself. 

And although he's extremely unpleasant, he's definitely one of the best written characters in the series.  You always know you're in for a good scene when Snape turns up - the one on top of the Astronomy Tower doesn't count, though...  

I haven’t completely made my mind up jet. Cause I know, that one way or another JKR are going the screw us completely. I love that about her.

I imagined him younger in the books. It was a real shock when I saw him in the film but Alan Rickman plays him well :)

You have to admit that he is one of the most interesting characters in Harry Potter.

Well, Sev is not the main character ;) But in my own opinion, Harry and he are the most successfully written characters.

He is intelligent! He is not a good guy (coming from his family? no way), but his personality is deep. He struggles to find peace, and I believe he found it in the last book.

Peace, of course. He accomplished his mission and made the best out of him. : )

I just love Snape. I wish Harry had found out the truth abt him before he…you know (don't want to spoil it for people who may not have read the book.) I love how complicated he is and in the end, he has all our sympathies. The only one to deserve it and not have a happy ending….

Snape is innocent but yet his role is just WOW!!!

Snape walks a damn fine line and he does it better than pretty much any other character in fiction history.

If I had the chance to attend Hogwarts, I would love to be in Slytherin, with Snape as headmaster. ^^

I heve to say he is one of the best characters in the book…dubius till the very end..glad he was innocent and a "decent" guy after all…really made my peace with dumbledore's death.
