It's a work of Yuki Kaori. I think, if you're interested in manga, you know her.

Her works are very special mangas. She's got an original style of drawing. The niggling characters and the dumbfounding themes make her mangas so unique. Some mangas of Yuki Kaori: Angel Sanctuary(Tenshi Kinryuku), Earl Cain (Hakushaku Cain), Kaine - die to live no endorphin.

This manga's got a really weird theme. It elaborates many topics. The mangaka tells a story about a dirty love in a dirty world. The characters are living a profligacy. Sorry, but if I tell the full story, the manga won't work. ^^
