rain makes a soothing noise on the roof of my trailer.. so.. its really relaxing and it makes it easy to sleep so i say its the best time to sleep.. unless, yea.. you have friends around that will go outside with you and dance around and whatnot..
i also like to open a window when its raining cuz i like the smell of all that freshness or whatever it may be.. i hope its freshness.. ive been callin it that for awhile..
the smell is also relaxing.. therefore adding to the best time to sleep concept..
