Tea is a common beverage made by processing the leaves or buds of the tea bush Camellia sinensis. It is made by steeping the processed leaves in hot water for a few minutes. The flavour of the raw tea is developed by processes including oxidation (fermentation), heating, drying or the addition of other herbs, spices, or fruit. Tea is a natural source of caffeine and theophylline, and has a cooling, slightly bitter and astringent taste.

Mmm chai…but I agree with the people that say Earl Grey, as well.
Earl Grey’s all very well, but it’s not Lapsang souchong, my tea of choice!
Lapsang Souchong!? Sounds very good, I have never heard of it? All this talk of tea makes me want to make a cup of me english breakfast tea right now!!

Twinings Pure Peppermint is my favorite. I drink it all the time. It is ideal after a meal as it’s reputed to aid digestion.

anyone here tried woodsman’s tea?
Never heard of it. It sounds like it would be a hearty tea.
Never heard of it either, but I’m willing to try it! Does it just consist of boiled bark water?
put pine needles in hot water till they go yellow then remove them [the more pine needles the stronger it is] if its is rather strong so if ypou wish sweeten with maple/birch syrup [or sugar for more of the city types lol]
its very rich in vitamin c
Apricot tea…teas are great whatsoever and they don’t have to English.
I meant, they don’t have to be English.
White tea & Green tea in boths ways cold or hot!
but still black tea and woodsman’s tea is the best!
I have access to a pine tree, do I just pluck the needles off, plunk them in hot water stir and that’s it? Also may I use Splenda? (watching carbs, you know).
Hmm, I like fruity teas the most. Every tried mango green tea or green apple green tea? Or lychee black tea…;)
to make woodsman’s tea all you have to do is:
1. snap off a small twig[small enough to fit in your mug] with a fair few pine neddles on it.
2.place the twig with needles in very hot/boiling water
3. remove the twig [we use a tiwg and keep the needles on for more ease in removing the needles] once the needles are yellow
4.the more needles you use the stronger, the tea will stay the same colour as water but an oily substance will be slightly visable on the surface ths is normal
5.sweeten with any type of sweetner
*or if you want to be more “outdoorsy” you can tap some sap out of a birch [ NOT SILVER BIRCH JUST NORMAL BIRCH ] or maple tree be sure to plug the hole in the tree because if you dont it will bleed to death. then boil the sap into a thick syrup* you can now use this syrup to sweeten your teaSwish!
Cheers for that, I’ll try it next time I’m out camping!
Agreed! That sounds great!
Jasmine tea rules!
Green tea ice cream is also very yummy.
Green tea over ice or steeming hot earl grey

We call it rooibos tea and now we get it for use on espresso machines. It's called red espresso. It is the coolest way to drink tea!
Rooibos is not tea. It doesn't come from tea plant.
Tastes great though.
